How to start loving yourself:
1. Go to a mirror
2. Look at yourself in the eyes
3. Say I LOVE YOU out loud 10X
4. Stare at yourself for a few seconds after
5. Wrap your arms around yourself and then say it again
Comeback and tell me how it felt. (If it's the first time -- it may feel strange) but it's ok!! We have to START for it to become REAL.

Just because you can get loud doesn't make you RIGHT. A Wise Woman speaks with facts, calm assertiveness, patience & ease -- When she opens her mouth KNOWS she's CORRECT. If she's not sure if she is... She STAYS SILENT. #WomanWisdom

Stretch Mark Symptoms And Ways to Handle Them Effectively!
Stretch marks are the unsightly scarring and color discoloration of the skin caused by rapid weight change and hormonal fluctuations. The skin is an organ, therefore, it is susceptible to damage by the changes inside the body. Various internal and external factors such as pregnancy, puberty, and muscle building all have a tendency to scar the skin by stretching and contracting it simultaneously due to the skin's elasticity, there are some simple ways to avoid these stretch marks naturally by giving the skin what it needs to both: heal and prevent scarring. To cut right to the chase, here are the guidelines to getting the remedies you need to help make your skin healthy irrespective of whatever activity you get your body into:
Dietary/Nutritional Changes
Whenever most individuals think of prevention for stretch marks, it's pretty easy for them to imagine topical creams that are applied frequently, but dietary changes can have just as a significant impact on the skin. A prominent prevention technique is HYDRATION. Hydration does the body and internal organs a great deal of good not to mention the fact that the composition of the human body is mostly made up of water. The skin on the other hand has is about the most exposed organ since it's the most exterior organ of all. Enough water must be taken daily to help the skin glow and healthy. Don't take water only because you are thirsty, make a habit of taking at least 8-10 glasses of water daily helps a great deal.
Massage
Massaging the area of the skin that has the tearing with olive or coconut oil can prove drastically beneficial. It helps to heat the oil slightly and then rub it thoroughly onto the skin. Allow the oil to absorb into the skin for at least 10 minutes. The vitamin E in the oil will absorb into the skin and provide it with important nutrients.
Exercise
Working out provides the body with the toning and stretching necessary to keep the skin elastic. It is imperative to keep a regular exercise routine in order to keep the skin and body flexible. The skin moves with the muscles so the more the body moves the more the skin stretches. Additionally, blood circulation is also very important to keeping the skin flushed with nutrients that make it healthy and keep it elastic.
Currently, there is no 100% sure fire way to get rid of scars on the skin, but the methods above can help prevent and reduce those unsightly tears on the skin called stretch marks.
